ACTIVATE is a purpose-built accelerator program designed to supercharge Victorian digital and connected health startup companies with significant growth potential that are ready to scale. It offers founders a six-month intensive experience featuring cutting-edge content, hands-on mentoring, and access to world-leading industry networks.

Since launching the program in 2023, 45 companies have participated in ANDHealth’s ACTIVATE program, collectively raising $35.7 million in dilutive and non-dilutive capital, generating $15 million in new revenue, impacting more than 398,000 patients, and creating 156 new jobs during and after program participation.

Across the previous cohorts, 371 industry experts have contributed over 726 hours of program delivery and 271 hours of mentoring, receiving an average Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 92. The 2025 program achieved a record NPS of 100, with all participants rating the program as “excellent” or “very good”.

Analysis of ANDHealth’s national pipeline of more than 1300 digital and connected health companies (as at 31 December 2025) shows that Victoria leads the country as home to the largest number of digital and connected health companies in Australia (42.7%), with 567 companies, and the largest growth rate – up more than 118% since December 2022.

ANDHealth Chief Executive Bronwyn Le Grice said, “Achieving a Net Promoter Score of 100 from our 2025 ACTIVATE cohort is an extraordinary result and a clear reflection of the value this program delivers to founders.”

“Every participant rated the program as excellent or very good, which tells us that ACTIVATE isn’t just meeting expectations, it’s exceeding them. It demonstrates the strength of Victoria’s growing digital health ecosystem and reinforces that our evidence-based, expert-led approach is setting a new benchmark for accelerator programs in Australia,” Ms Le Grice said.

“As the Victorian innovation pipeline matures, we’re seeing companies enter ACTIVATE with increasing commercial and technical readiness. We expect the outcomes of our future cohorts to grow exponentially as these founders build globally competitive digital and connected health solutions right here in Victoria.”

Key dates and participation details

Applications for the 2026 ACTIVATE cohort close on Sunday 22 March 2026 at 11:59 PM (AEDT). The program will run from May to December 2026.
