After nine incredible years, ANDHealth’s first-ever employee and now Chief Operating Officer, Grace Lethlean, has made the difficult decision to step away from her key executive role at the end of the quarter for personal reasons.

As is well known, Grace has been instrumental ANDHealth’s evolution, taking high-level concepts and ideas and transforming them into world-class programs and startup support activities at state, national and international levels, which have delivered extraordinary outcomes.

Grace’s deep industry knowledge, her ability to forge strong partnerships with our 1,200+ startups, industry players and government partners, and her unwavering dedication and commitment to ANDHealth’s purpose of accelerating the commercialisation and uptake of evidence-based digital health technologies, have been critical to our organisation and its success.

We are deeply grateful to Grace for her leadership, integrity and commitment, and we are delighted that she will continue her connection with ANDHealth and the broader industry as an Expert Advisor – continuing to contribute her unique insights, relationships and institutional knowledge to Australia’s digital and connected health sector.
