ANDHealth today announced the appointment of two experienced industry leaders, Anne O’Neill and George (Georgina) Kenley, to its leadership team, further strengthening its capability in support of Australia’s fastest-growing health technology sector.

“Anne and George are two of the most accomplished leaders in Australia’s health innovation sector, bringing real world expertise across government, investment allocation and administration, product development, regulation and reimbursement across both startups and scale ups,” said Bronwyn Le Grice, CEO of ANDHealth. “As a proudly female founded and led organisation, I’m delighted to have two such accomplished and experience female senior executives joining our team.”

Anne O’Neill FTSE PSM will join ANDHealth as Chief Commercial Officer on 23 March 2026. Anne is currently Director – Commercialisation and Strategic Partnerships in the Office for Health and Medical Research at NSW Health and has been instrumental in the establishment and ongoing success of the NSW Health Medical Devices Fund.  

“Anne’s has an incredible track record in driving innovation and commercialisation, and George’s experience turning deep science and engineering into commercially viable, globally scalable products will be invaluable as ANDHealth continues to grow our impact,” Ms Le Grice said.

George Kenley joins ANDHealth as Head of Commercialisation Services and also as the Executive in Residence for the 2026 cohort of ANDHealth’s highly impactful ACTIVATE accelerator program in Victoria. George is the Co-Founder and former Chief Operating Officer of Seer Medical. During her tenure at Seer, the company secured Australian TGA, EU CE and US FDA regulatory approval for its award-winning, patented technology and grew to 220 high-value employees across three countries.

With these appointments, ANDHealth continues to expand its leadership capability during a pivotal period of rapid growth and maturation of Australia’s digital health sector, which has been growing at 56% CAGR since 2018. ANDHealth’s digital and connected health pipeline now exceeds 1,300 companies spread across the country, with significant density of companies in New South Wales and Victoria, and growing strength in Western Australia, South Australia and Queensland.  

ANDHealth’s expanded executive team will focus on scaling national programs, deepening industry and commercial partnerships, and accelerating pathways for innovative digital health companies to deliver measurable improvements in health outcomes and system efficiency at home, while building globally competitive businesses that create high value jobs and export earnings.

ANDHealth today also acknowledges the significant contribution of outgoing Chief Operating Officer and ANDHealth’s first-ever employee, Grace Lethlean, who has chosen to step away from her full-time executive role for personal reasons and will finish up in late March 2026.

Anne has over 20 years’ experience in the health, medical research and policy sectors. She joins ANDHealth following a distinguished career in public sector leadership, innovation and commercialisation at NSW Health. Widely recognised as one of Australia’s leading architects of health and medical research commercialisation, Anne has driven transformative policy frameworks and cross-sector collaborations, including founding the highly successful NSW Medical Devices Fund. Her leadership has made a lasting contribution to Australia’s innovation ecosystem. A longtime advocate of diversity, Anne has worked throughout her career to advance opportunities for women and underrepresented groups in health and technology.  

George Kenley – Head of Commercialisation Services, ANDHealth  

George is Co-Founder and previous Chief Operating Officer at Seer Medical. She brings extensive operational and commercial experience scaling medtech ventures from concept to global deployment. During her tenure at Seer, she led the development of systems that enabled international expansion across three countries, the establishment of 24 clinics, and played a key role in securing TGA, CE, and FDA approvals for the company’s award-winning, patient-centred technologies. Her expertise in scaling health technology businesses and navigating complex regulatory, clinical, and commercial pathways will further enhance ANDHealth’s capability to guide emerging digital and connected health technology companies to market.
