Additional Accelerator Programs: Confirm in writing that participation in other programs will not limit or slow the company’s participation in ANDHealth+.
Capital Raising: Cohort companies will be expected to discuss activities such as investor roadshows/pitches, appointment of independent corporate advisors, and, to a lesser extent, applications for non-dilutive funding, with ANDHealth prior to commencing any meetings or executing any mandates.
Event Participation: Cohort companies are expected to attend ANDHealth events and workshops where at all possible, and to consider participating in international delegations in key markets. Participation may also be requested at partner events, international conferences and government showcases.

Cohort companies are required to conduct themselves with professionalism at all times and must respect ANDHealth’s established relationships with investors and customers. Participation by investors and customers in Deal Flow Days does not constitute any obligation or commitment to invest, purchase or engage beyond the event.
Media: ANDHealth promotes the achievements of cohort companies by incorporating cohort company news into our external communications. In addition, we have an expectation that cohort companies will provide positive commentary on ANDHealth+ where relevant. Key ANDHealth messaging will be provided to all cohort companies, and where possible we request that written media mentioning ANDHealth is reviewed by us before issue.
Reporting: Cohort companies agree to report on a quarterly basis requested metrics associated with company outcomes. These are to be reported to ANDHealth, for ANDHealth’s use and disclosure to the MRFF funding agency under obligatory reporting requirements. Cohort companies will be required to report back to ANDHealth across agreed metrics for three years post completion of the program.
