Read through all of the available information on our website about the program and confirm that you meet all of the eligibility requirements.
Book a pre-application consultation appointment with an ANDHealth team member to express interest in the program, discuss your proposed application and have specific questions answered.
The application form consists of a series of questions plus your proposed project outline, and requires these five documents to be completed and attached:
Investor Pitch Deck 15 slide limit with guidance provided in application platform. Due to the volume of applications, only the first 15 slides of any deck will be considered during the assessment process.
ANDHealth Lean Canvas 1-page landscape, template provided in application. Do not use alternative lean canvas templates as these will not be assessed. You must use the template provided.
Product Demonstration Via link, e.g. Vimeo, YouTube etc.
Letter of Board Support Template provided in application. The letter should confirm the company’s eligibility for the program as an Australian SME, possessing minimum capital runway and rights to relevant intellectual property, as well as to demonstrate meeting the diversity requirements of C-suite and Board of Directors (if established). In the event that the applicant does not have a Board, an option will be made available for a letter from the CEO.
Financial forecasts Minimum 3 year forward forecast – Maximum 5 years.
Capitalisation table Noting major and notable shareholders.
ASIC Company Extract This will be used to confirm eligibility as an Australian company and the composition of the Board of Directors to meet gender diversity eligibility requirements.
Project Plan Overviews Proposed Stage 1 and 2 projects should focus on the development of clinical and/or commercial evidence to significantly improve the organisation’s ability to commercialise, raise growth capital and/or execute on a market entry or growth strategy. Template provided in application platform.
Risk Register Template provided in application (1-page limit).
There will be an option to submit other documents supporting your application. Please only submit key documents that are directly relevant to your business and technology.
To submit your application, you must also read and agree to the cohort company expectations document.
You must submit your application by 11:59 pm (AEST) on Monday 28 September 2026.
After applications close:
All applications will be assessed by the experienced ANDHealth team and ANDHealth Industry Selection Panel.
The Top 10 applicants will undertake a 40-minute presentation and interview with the Industry Selection Panel.
The International Investment Committee will review and ratify the Industry Selection Panel’s recommendations for successful applicants.
Successful applicants will be notified. All unsuccessful applicants are provided with written feedback specific to their application.
