Coffee Meet and Networking with Dr Terence Tan, AWS

Join us at CHICC for an informal digital health meet up on the eve of Digital Health Festival 2024!

Dr Terence Tan is the AWS Lead for Asia Pacific for Healthcare and Life Sciences. Terence is excited to bring his coffee meets to Melbourne and share his advice, insights and experiences with the CHICC community. This is also an opportunity to network with ACTIVATE cohort 2, which includes 15 high-potential Vic-based SMEs. This event is free and open to all, with no fixed agenda.

More about Terence

Terence qualified from Imperial College and worked in the NHS before returning to Singapore where he worked in the public, private, NGO and government sectors before moving into clinical AI. He is an immunologist and primary care physician by training with a special interest in personalised nutrition, occupational & digital health.

Just prior to joining AWS, Terence was the Global Medical Director for Ubie. Other career experiences in his career journey include being:

• Assistant medical director, Parkway Shenton Private Limited.
• Associate Consultant, Ministry of Health, Singapore.
• AI researcher for Babylon Health
• Medical Director, Ubie
• Exited founder of multiple health care businesses & clinics.
